WHAT I CAN HELP WITH:

If you lose a ring, necklace, car keys etc. in a public place or on your own property I may be able to help you with that, please call me or email me using the information listed in the "CONTACT ME" section of this website.

I can locate on land, and in shallow water (my machine can go 10' underwater but I would rather stay on my feet for recoveries).

I am not retired (I wish) so I work M-F 8-5.  Please contact me as soon as you lose something so that you are ensured the best possible chance for me to reply and setup time to locate and recover you items.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

The main thing to keep in mind, if you have lost something in a public location, such as the beach, or a park, you need to call as soon as possible, because there are so many variables that can lessen the possibility of a recovery. Writing down wherever and whatever you remember doing at the time of losing the items/s is very helpful as can be dropping GPS coordinates via a smartphone if you are tech savvy.

COST:

I will charge a min. $20 fee for fuel if in a 100 mile radius, but will also accept what you believe my services are worth for the recovery of your lost item (essentially if you chose to donate I will gladly accept). For me, getting what you lost back in your hands, is the most important thought in my mind as soon as I receive your call. All rewards are thoroughly appreciated.

WHAT I WILL ALSO DO:

I love hunting old home sites, if you've ever wondered what is beneath your feet on your 3rd generation farm, or just in that neat old farmhouse you've just bought I will gladly work out a time to come detect it with you.  I would only ask that we can work out an agreement ahead of time to divide up whatever items are found.  Obviously I would gladly turn over any sentimental items belonging to your family if that is the situation.  I am not in this hobby for financial gain, I'd rather recover historical items from the ground and build trusting relationships between the community and the detectorists in Michigan.
